TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Course Location
We teach online. In-company courses take place on your company premises. The course location for one-to-one lessons is decided on an individual basis.
2. Enrolment and Billing
For group lessons we will send you an invoice after a verbal or written registration. Private lessons will be charged in advance or at the end of the month, according to agreement. The invoice is payable on receipt.
3. Size of Classes
Teaching in small and very small groups enables us to attain a high standard of learning.
4. Cancellation of a Lesson
A one-to-one lesson has to be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Group lessons have to be cancelled one week in advance. Otherwise the lesson will be charged in both cases.
5. Permanent termination of the private lessons
The permanent termination of the private lessons must be communicated to the teacher and LPZ language pool 3 weeks in advance.
6. Course Begin
Generally our courses can be joined at any time, provided that they are not examination preparation courses shortly before exam time.
7. Teacher Absence within the Course Period
If a teacher is absent because of illness or such, a replacement will be found or the lesson will be repeated at a suitable date.
8. Refund of course fees
The course fee constitutes a confirmation of participation and will not be refunded.
9. Court of Jurisdiction
All our conditions are in accordance with Swiss law.
The place of the Court of Jurisdiction is Zurich.
